Hero MotoCorp Expands in Sri Lanka with Launch of Four New Two-Wheelers April 25 2025Stock Market News

Hero MotoCorp, the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, has significantly expanded its footprint in Sri Lanka by launching four new models in partnership with its long-standing distributor, Abans Auto.

The New Lineup

  1. Xoom 110Touted as Sri Lanka's first and only 110cc scooter, the Xoom 110 features Hero's i3S (Idle Stop-Start System) technology for enhanced fuel efficiency, a front disc brake with Combined Braking System (CBS), and telescopic front suspension.?

  2. Hunk 160R 4VThis motorcycle is equipped with a 163cc 4-valve engine delivering 16.6 bhp, offering a blend of performance and style for riders seeking a dynamic experience.?

  3. Xtreme 125RA new entrant in the 125cc segment, the Xtreme 125R boasts an 11.4 bhp engine, aiming to provide an ideal balance of power, performance, and aesthetics.?

  4. HF Deluxe (All-Black Edition)A refreshed version of the trusted commuter motorcycle, the HF Deluxe now comes in a bold all-black look, powered by a 97.2cc engine known for its fuel efficiency.?

Strategic Expansion Plans

To support the new product lineup, Hero MotoCorp plans to expand its sales and service network to over 500 customer touchpoints across Sri Lanka by May 2025. This expansion aims to provide customers with convenient access to genuine spare parts and high-quality after-sales service.
