Organics IPO
Bidding for
Ami Organics' Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 569.64 crore will begin on
September 1, 2021. The public offering of the specialty chemical maker, which
will be accessible until September 3, would include a fresh issue of 200 crore
and an offer for sale (OFS) by existing investors such as Parul
Chetankumar Vaghasia and Kiranben Girishbhai Chovatia which will contributed up
to 369.64 crore. The price range has been set by the firm at Rs 603-Rs 610 per
share. On September 14, Ami Organics' shares are expected to debut on both the
NSE and the BSE.
Applicants
to the public offering may bid for a minimum of one lot of 24 shares and a
maximum of thirteen lots.
Ami
Organics Limited, founded in 2004, is a leading research and development-driven
maker of specialty chemicals. The company produces a variety of Advanced
Pharmaceutical Intermediates and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for
New Chemical Entities, as well as materials for agrochemicals and fine
chemicals.
Over 450
pharmaceutical intermediates have been produced by the business in 17 core
therapeutic areas, including anti-retroviral, anti-inflammatory,
anti-psychotic, anti-cancer, anti- Parkinson's, anti-depressant, and
anti-coagulant. It serves over 150 customers (including foreign customers)
directly in India and in 25 countries across the world, including Europe, the
United States, China, Israel, Japan, and Latin America. With a total installed
capacity of 6,060 MTPA, the corporation runs three manufacturing locations in
Gujarat: Sachin, Ankleshwar, and Jhagadia.
